• All items are from Japan/Mercari unless otherwise stated.• For posted items on our Twitter page, all prices indicated are all-in.• Joy reservers, bogus buyers, and rude customers will be blocked and reported.• No cancellations are allowed once the order confirmation has been sent out.• Most items will be delivered under fast ETA (FETA).
• Items will only be secured once full payment has been made or a downpayment of at least 75% of the price for items more than 1,000 PHP is paid upon order.• No refunds will be given for cancelled orders.• Items must be paid in full within 3 days or once it arrives at the JP address, whichever is longest.• Late payment fee applies: ₱20/day after the DOP.

How do I place an order?
• Send us a DM with the link of your desired item from Mercari or any site from Japan.What's your rate?
• We start at ¥ x 0.46! Other fees* are calculated based on the item and we will send you the final quote right away.Do you accept anime merch?
• Yes, we do! We accept all kinds of items from various fandoms!*fees include the ISF and other miscellaneous fees.
Do you offer normal ETA too?
• Not at the moment! If we get a bigger bulk of orders that require big boxes, we might.When can we expect arrival of items?
• Allow up to 7 days for their arrival at our JP address (Miyazaki Prefecture) once the seller ships your item and 1-2 weeks for it to arrive in the PH once shipped out. Order cut-off is every 2 weeks.NOTE: May vary for preordered items.
